arrow is a wide mix — Edwardian terraces nearer the Hill, 1930s semi-detached avenues right through North and South Harrow, post-war estates around Wealdstone, and larger detached plots out into Pinner. Soil shifts from London clay in the south to a lighter clay-and-gravel mix nearer Pinner. Visit fee is £100 for HA1, HA2 and HA3 (Mid drive-time, about 55-60 minutes), and £150 for HA5 around Pinner and HA8 around Edgware (Outer tier). Most Harrow plots have decent rear or side access through the inter-war housing stock. Non-refundable and not deducted from the eventual job.
