The pages above are written area guides — the ones where we have enough local detail to be genuinely useful. Our working radius is much wider, and it runs from two bases across nine counties: London, Surrey, Kent, East and West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. If your district is on this list, we estimate it free, and if you later want us out to confirm a fixed price, the survey fee is already worked out from the drive time from whichever base is nearer.
