Plots tend to be generous, with 25-35 metre back boundaries common around the Downs and the wider streets off Reigate Road. Concrete posts are our default on anything 6ft and over here; the chalk drains fast but the wind off the Downs is the real issue.
Visit fee is £100 for KT17 and KT19 (Mid drive-time, about 55 minutes), and £150 for KT18 around the Downs (Outer tier). Most Epsom plots have driveway or rear access; we usually drop materials early and shuttle. Non-refundable and not deducted from the eventual job.
KT18 is Outer tier (£150); KT17 and KT19 are Mid tier (£100).
